WBS excel utility allows maintaining WBS hierarchy for a
project in Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM.
User login to the WBS excel utility using P6 EPPM application login. P6 EPPM Web Services URL need to be entered in Host. User must have access to P6 EPPM Web Services to be able to use the utility.
User access determines the projects that will be available to user in excel for update.
After selecting the project, WBS hierarchy can be downloaded for the project.
If no hierarchy is available in P6 EPPM, it can be developed in excel utility
and sent to P6 EPPM to update the project.
Update Project List – allow to download list of project based
on user access.
Select Project drop down list allows user to select a project
for review and maintain WBS
Read – allow user to download WBS hierarchy for the selected
project
Modify – allows user to synchronize modified WBS hierarchy in
excel utility with P6 EPPM application.
